I dreaded buying my 12 year old a Segway, but when all his friends had one for Christmas I felt it was time for him to join his crew. Although the wrong colour was sent out, my son actually preferred it, Rolab were quick to apologise for the mistake.. I had excellent service from them throughout. Highly recommend.
