Great products and very tasty indeed. I wasn't over the moon with the customer service though. I ordered my first time batch of five different flavours on the 20th of August and they finally arrived on the 30th after stating 2 day postage which was FREE (Discount) because it was my first ever order. I had messaged after three days because it was a bank holiday, but no reply. I messaged again a few days later, also with no reply. I decided to actually phone....but had to leave a message as there was no answer. I do understand lack of ingredients and other issues that hold up the manufacturing process but a simple message reply or courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated.
