GREAT HEALHY BREAKFAST. I HAVE MINE WITH YOGURT,FRUIT, LINSEED ETC. SETS ME UP FOR THE DAY. ONLT THING IS...WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW HOE MANY GRAMS NEEDED TO HAVE THE 10 PORTIONS, AS SO FAR NOT ABLE TO GET THAT MANY FROM ONE PKT. JUST ORDERED THE CHOCOLATE ONE, BUT CAME IN LARGE CLUMPS, DIFFICULT TO BITE. HOWEVER, LOVE THIS CONCEPT!!
