I had a hard time receiving a reply from their customer support (no idea if they have such a department). The manager on Instagram was very helpful but the team didn't contact me regarding my order for 5 days, and when I reached out myself in watsapp, they told me they won't deliver my order because I am in Ukraine (no orders to Ukraine were blocked on June 6 2022). At that moment they owned my funds and were not going to notify me of any updates. The company refuses to work with anything and anyone Ukrainian which they explained as "company choice". Even delivering my order to the warehouse in Italy managed by a Ukrainian company and paying tax to Italy, of course. The discrimination is not acceptable.
