Terrible service thus far. Ordered trousers, unfortunately too small, have requested an exchange for an alternative size and am still waiting to receive those trousers! Have tried to contact the company to see where my order is up to ie. whether first pair of trousers have been received and where are my second pair of trousers but they are saying I have to wait 21 days. Not sure why? Now I'm just wanting a refund as I give up and think the service I have received has been absolutely appalling. Would not use again!
