Goods ordered 12 days ago, nothing arrived after a week so I emailed Roman Originals. I received a reply stating "Due to an system error it prevented your order from dispatch. We have now contacted the warehouse and your order will dispatch today and should arrive by Saturday". I emailed Roman Originals again but, they have chosen not to respond. Today, Tuesday, and another 5 days later still not received my goods. My money was taken on the day of my purchase, so I am now out of pocket. I have been a regular customer of Roman Originals but, DO NOT have the confidence to use them again. Don't throw your money away on goods you won't receive.
