I ordered dress on 6th June and money taken from my account. Dress did not arrive nor any email to say what had happened sent an email and reply blaming delivery issues. Still nothing arrived so sent further emails received no reply. So rang roman originals and spoke to lady who checked and said I'd have it by next day and apologised and if I receive the first dress to send back. NO DRESS ARRIVED NEXT DAY AND STILL WAITING.
