I purchased two items for a friend who isn't well enough to shop for clothes. I found a very nice blouse and trousers that I thought would be perfect. However, the trousers were a good fit but that blouse was too long. I returned the item with the receipt to be told that I can only have a gift card or exchange. I did ask when I made the purchase if I could return them and was told that I could. No mention that you do not give refunds. Very poor customer service. I'm sure if you made that plain at the point of purchase I think a lot of people would say that they would go elsewhere. Come on Roman you need to think about your no refund policy. Every other clothes shop I can think of gives a cash refund as long as the item is in its original condition and you have a valid receipt. Well, the answer for me is to not buy from Roman in future.
