I bought a dress for my Father's funeral it cost £55 but when it came it was not true to size and did not fit.
I have sent several emails to customer services since then requesting a refund. The dress was sent back by tracked Royal Mail on the 17.11.21 and I can see it was received on the 19.11.21.
As I don't have the original order number they will not refund my money despite having my name, address and the tracking information. I would not recommend this company.
