My items arrived quickly. I ordered two sizes and returned the ones that didn’t fit. They received the items back on 24th April and after numerous e mails and as a last resort a call to customer services, I eventually received a refund nearly three weeks later. They fobbed me off so many times via email surrounding my refund.
I really won’t be ordering from this company again.
The returns process is totally unacceptable - they had the returned good and your money for weeks !!
