I returned an order for a refund on 13 May and am still awaiting mt refund for over £176. I have emailed them 5 times without reply and am unable to telephone as not taking calls. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I will never buy from roman originals online again and would suggest anyone considering purchasing not to do so if you may need to return items
