Yes just like these other ladies i have not had any response from three emails that i have sent. Returned items have not been refunded , but yet the company takes your money quickly enough. I have bought from Roman for a long time and spent lots with them but just recently from beginning of May things seem to have gone pear shaped with their returns and refunds policy. Customer Service is so bad now. I am very disappointed with Roman and for sure will not order anything else until things improve. Come on Roman sort yourselves out.
