Iam awaiting a refund and despite emailing a dozen times and having no joy I have since been sent a letter showing that I got a refund into a bank account on 23 May for £85.50. These are not my account details! I wrote to complain about receiving this documentation which was obviously meant for another customer and they sent me another email reiterating that I had been refunded and called me Jill. What is going on?
