Bought a dress on 19 May returned 26 May after receiving on the 24 May 2022. It was too big and i sent it back for a smaller size. over 3 weeks contacted them 4 times by email which they acknowledged they received and ignored so sent the last email giving them 7 days to supply the dress or refund me. Still no response so contacted my bank and trading standards and the money was refunded within 5 hours. The amount was £35. You have rights so use them
