It should be a minus score the customer service is beyond terrible. I returned a dress on 29 April and still no refund despite contacting by email every couple of days and getting message on phone saying network problem. Like other customers I have dealt with Roman for many years without any problems until earlier this year. I think they are now using alternative suppliers as the petite dresses in particular are of very poor quality - mainly the finishing off on the hems.
