So disappointed. I returned 4 items on 24 May and only received a refund for one. I am owed £160
I have sent an email and not had a reply. I did speak to customer service 2 weeks ago but they just told me there was a computer problem and returns were delayed. I have been a loyal customer and expected better service from Roman.
