I have regularly ordered from Roman but returned goods to them on the 30th May, tracked as received by the post office on 31st May, still not had my refund, awaiting over £250 back from them. Every time I ring I get a message that the lines are down, I have emailed customer services, no reply and filled in the "contact us" page twice, the second time heading it as an official complaint, still nothing, very worrying indeed. I wont order from them ever again.
