I sent a Red Glitter Hanky Dress back to them which I purchased from Ebay absolutely brand new labels attached. However the glitter kept shedding on other clothes in the wardrobe so I contacted customer services ( Re Messenger) who gave me the returns address so they could seemingly see the problem at the returns department. This was on the 21st June and I of course kept the certificate of posting. I now have heard from them and they say as the dress was an ebay purchase the problem lies between myself and the ebay seller. My argument is that this dress is a Roman Original and its the garment that I am complaining about as I needed to pack it in a suitcase and couldnt possibly as the material sheds glitter on everything else. they say they cannot help me at all and WHEN they have located it they will return it to me. I would have been happy to exchange it for another dress but no communication at all. I tried to phone them but on numerous occasions was 40th in the queue last time
