And which dress followed washing instructions and the black ran into the white making it pink. I was basically accused my the manager at Freeport talke of lying 'there is no pink pigment in black dye' and that was it. I contacted customer services and they were useless too! I have brought plenty of dresses from roman and feel disgusted that the one and only time I take something back I am treated in such an appalling manner. Hang your head in shame roman originals- your customer service is shocking!
