It’s illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, eg a sign that says you don’t accept returns or offer refunds.
I bought a fascinator from thisvawful comoany, it wascdamahed, i rrturned item via RM tracking, they have received this back and yet i am still waiting for a refund almost 15 days later. I have had to open a paypal dispute and Roman are still fighting against giving me a refund!
