I bought several items on line and although the items were lovely the size of each items was way out, I ended up buying a 10 was on the large side and some 12 sizes all of which fitted differently.
I am now returning 3 items due to incorrect sizing, I have been told that if I take them to a shop I can only get a gift token not a refund on the card I used to pay with. They all have the labels on and still on hangers and covering. So I will now pay £3 to post them back. Customer services quite rude.
