More like Ronnie Rainy Days! I have used this company before and had great service so I thought I would use them again..what a humiliating experience! I phoned to ask them if It would be ok to wear a mask as my wife is extremely vulnerable because of her Cancer treatment. The guy who answered the phone said that would be fine no problem see you soon. I get their and some miserable bloke wouldn't let me in! He grumbled something about "we dont let people in with masks on.." I explained why but he wasnt bothered..To be honest I was taken aback but as I wanted to buy my Glock Gen 4 I went through with my purchase. I had to buy and pay for.. in cash ..my gun through a half open window outside the building ! I felt a bit we were doing a dodgy drug deal and a fool to be honest. The trouble is they lost out because I also wanted to look at and buy the Umarex 177 S&W 44 Magnum and anything else I saw in the shop..I had nearly a £1,000 in my pocket to spend but they were not going to let me in so I wasn't going to spend anymore money with them and wont again..I would rather pay more somewhere else and be treated nicely and respectfully than be made to feel a fool and made to feel like he was begrudgingly doing me a favour. I will never use them again!
