We were travelling through Queensland from Victoria and had a problem with our bike rack (turned out to be a bent tow hitch and ball from the rough outback roads). Called the Gold Coast branch (Molindenar) and were invited to call in. Both guys (Brandon and Michael) could not have been more helpful. Organised and fitted a new tow hitch and re-set the rack to get us on our way. Very grateful and happy with the great customer service we received
