I placed an order Monday about midday and paid for express 1 day shipping. I received tracking notification on Tuesday and notification on Wednesday that my order had only been picked up and that my order was expected to be delivered from Brisbane to Wollongong.
Although the website is easy to use, the processing of orders and despatch isn’t very good.
