1. You sent my goods via Couriers Please when the invoice said TNT. Couriers Please are the worst Aust wide.
2. It was to go to Tasmania, it's going the wrong way and is now in Sydney for the last week and not moving.
3. I submitted an email to your help address, got an automated response and then nothing.
4. I don't need someone replying with " we're sorry that we didn't meet your expectations" BS. I either want the roof racks or refund.
