My order had a system based error which was not picked up, as no Aus stock, no auto order was placed on Sweden and no eeror status generated so someone at RG could fix it. Error was only picked up when I queried the status of my order after 2 weeks, to be told effectively nothing had been done with my order. I left some slack as it was over Xmas/New Year. So no tracking of my order until I queried, and no apology once fixed.
