My engagement so far is as follows, 1. Order accepted and acknowledged 2. Track my parcel email received, the link provides NO Information of value. No indication of arrival date or delivery agent. 3. Following a request to review my review here are some additional notes and adjusted my rating of RRG themselves. My goods were delivered quickly and efficiently. Indeed I have made an additional order. My review relates to the Open Freight App that is used to track the delivery, it provided no useful info before delivery at any time and I was requested to review before I recieved the goods.
