This rating is for the delivery service.
Star track provide no indication that the parcel is about to arrive. Then, if no one is home, it doesn't get dropped off at the nearest Auspost....it gets taken back to the airport and I had to call them to reschedule. Which was 4 days later!
And there's no guarantee that I'll get it on that day either, because they don't provide any ETA other than the 8hr, 9-5 window.
So unbelievably poor given the automated notifications that other couriers provide.
