and received this message after two days:
"your order has come through to us as an “Additional Freight” query in which we have been quoted $100 to have your order shipped. This quote does unfortunately exceed our capacity to offer free shipping in this instance.This cost is reflective of your order being sent from our Queensland warehouse. If you do wish to have your items sent, we will need to request a $100 freight charge from your end."
