The team at Maidstone go beyond - I dropped in after a roof rack purchase from 5 years ago to buy perished rubber mounts. The owner walked into the workshop, grabbed the mounts, came out to my car to check if they were correct. He gave them to me for free with a smile.....that's service I will go back to anyday!
