Was a bit skeptical about 2 day delivery quote but amazed when roof rack arrived from other side of Australia in two days. Incredible! No communication until it arrived (maybe they just wanted me to get my wind up before surprising me) Other than that, totally happy with Rhino rack at sale price $150+ cheaper than elsewhere.
