Today I had the best customer service experience in many years. A young lady named Isabelle at the Narellan NSW Store went way above good service helping with parts and fittings for my racks. Nothing was too much trouble. She deserves management recognition as I witnessed her providing the highest degree of patience with a very difficult client while I was there. She has ability in abundance. Well done Isabelle.
