Awesome service. I used the on-line assistant to double check the availability of an item which the main brands staff advised was not in stock. The assistance located 2 units in another state. On top of that, i was after a kit, whihc included another 3 items. Working with the assistant, we located the other three items in stock as well. Probelm solved. No need to split an order. Roof Racks Galore got my entire order because the assistant was so helpful. Definately recommend talking to people raather than making assumptions based on what web sites say, especially when it comes to stock holding and locating kit. Very happy customer.
