Product not delivered after 2 weeks, but was meant to be delivered in a few days. There have been multiple promises, none met.
No communication from Roof Racks Galore or their delivery company Northline.
The only information I received was because I kept contacting both Roof Racks Galore and Northline and being told it was going to be delivered tomorrow, and then tomorrow, and then the truck broke down.
Every other company I have bought things from notifies me when delivery is expected or if there is a delay but not these guys.
Absolutely hopeless!
