Hi There,
I ordered my Thule Bike Rack on November 23, 2024.
I received the item on December 13, 2024.
I used the Rack December 14, 2024.
I've got a lot of issues of this Rack:
1. The Frame holder or clipper will dislocate from the frame once you tight them up.
2. The Cover of the brand Thule is not fit the way it use to be, i even losen up the 3 screws provided and ended up BROKEN.
3. The 2 main holder of the tire which is the most important part of the Rack is BROKEN..
Now!!!
How do you feel this pricey item end up like this if you are a CUSTOMER?
And tell me what's you're decisions?
If you ask me, I'll send this back and ask for a Refund.
I thought THULE BUILT FOR TOUGHNESS...
I just used for a day, ,,,,....
Not happy at all...
I need you're feedback ASAP...
