I ordered an item listed as in stock online, however they didn’t have stock and they had to order the item which meant a 10 business day wait. Although this was the case they were listed as in stock on the website after my order. I notified them and they still listed the item as in stock. Once I received the order they packed the wrong parts. I have waited for almost 3 weeks for my order and now I need to organise the correct parts to be sent. Very disappointing service.
I will be writing to Yakima about the distribution of their products.
