Absolute shambles of a company!!! It took over a month for my items to arrive! No communication to say they had been dispatched or would be arriving on a specific date or time! Just a phone call from a delivery driver saying he has tried to deliver! I Purchased 18 roofing sheets and 6 out of 18 have arrived damaged. I have been speaking to customer service for over 3 weeks now and we are still no further forward. They request photos to be sent in JPG format so I have and they say they still can’t view the images. They have also said the warehouse is not willing to accept returns without the images!!! When you order something as important as a roof you don’t expect to have to wait over 2 months!!!! Never again I want to return all the items and go elsewhere it’s a complete and utter joke!!!
