The shopping experience was very good and the product was delivered fast. The Rookie carrier looks very nice. However I can’t use the carrier for a long time as despite all instructions it causes me back and neck pain. The shoulder pads do not stay in place. When wearing a jacket this makes it hard to correct the carrier every few minutes. I should have most probably chosen a different carrier.
