Bed arrived with an unprepared footboard meaning it could not be constructed. Customer services at room to grow have tried to help but whoever they use for warehousing/manufacturing are being useless. Clearly requested replacement footboard and today sent another packs of parts that I already had and still no time on resolution. 2 weeks after reporting the problem and no end in sight.
