Speedy delivery, responded to email queries, seemed relatively simple to build (I only had to help hubby few times). The tricky bit was the slats, that part definitely a 2/3 person job. Our daughter really loves it, plays in the den, sleeps in the bed so happy sleeping child = happy parents. So far anyway.
