We ordered the Juliette single bed and paid a substantial amount for delivery. I was kept well informed that the delivery would be late however it caused so much stress with getting rid of my little girls cot too early. I received an email to inform me I would have my delivery fee refunded however that has not happened. It has been at least 2 weeks since the bed was actually delivered.
