Easy to use website but issues with delivery have lead to a review that isn’t glowing. I was often told I would get a call back or a notification of something only to hear nothing. An incorrect mattress was delivered and it was beyond reasonable the timeframe in which to get the correct one sent out. Too much of my time was spent chasing someone else’s error. I think next time I would use a bigger supplier like John Lewis which is sad as I prefer to use smaller businesses but the customer service didn’t match on this occasion.
