I was initially quite frustrated when our bed wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to have been, but after contacting customer services I was very impressed. The lorry couldn’t get access to our road so the lady I spoke to arranged for the bed to be delivered by van the next day. Everything was sorted out very promptly and courteously and they even sent us a reading lamp for my son (the bed was for him) by way of apology. I felt like the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you. The bed itself is lovely, very easy to put together and very sturdy. My son loves his new bed and it’s made his new room complete. Thank you!
