Nothing but problems from start to finish. Bed delivered 15th July but was damaged, so phoned same day to request a replacement. Second bed arrived 26th July but was faulty! The holes/screws weren’t compatible. Third delivery received 2nd August - but the wrong part had been sent. Telephoned again, to be told that although it was a different part to what we were told was coming it would fit. Anyway it did. We rung the company around 10 times - they never once rung us, the service and quality of the bed is poor. There is marks on the bed but after so much hassle we couldn’t cope ringing again. My little boy was without a bed for 3 weeks and I wasn’t prepared to let him be without one for another day. We spent a lot of money on this bed which I feel was a waste. Will never buy from them again.
