From ordering there is literally no communication unril it is delivery time. I panicked as it is alot of momey and there are so many scammers about these days. But if you just pop onto their website there is a chat or message option where a lovely Stacey will respond very quickly and solve all queries. Can't fault this company apart from communication. Maybe just sending updating emails regarding orders. Product is amazing can't fault that one bit.
