Was not happy with the quality of a product, so I wanted to return it, however I was told I have to pay for the return shipping. It’s a large box. Not happy with my experience to be honest. The product was also shipped out to me late and I was not updated about whether it has been dispatched and so forth. I attempted to cancel the order before delivery (it has been stated on the website that orders can be cancelled before delivery has been made), but I was told I have to just refuse the delivery, because it cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately I was not home when the delivery was made so a family member accepted it. Now I’m stuck with a product I don’t want, nor am I satisfied with. I am very unhappy.
