We have been waiting for our son’s new bed to arrive for 17 weeks. We’ve been told there have been multiple delays with the stock coming into the warehouse but now we have decided, having seen the same product in stock and available for immediate dispatch, that we’d like a refund so we can get our sons bed. They have stopped answering any emails we’ve sent asking for our refund as we are entitled to as per terms and conditions of our purchase and their refund policy. Feel incredibly let down and advise extreme caution using this company. I would be happy to update and amend any comment should this complaint trigger a positive response from the company. However, it seems this company only responds to positive reviews and there have been no responses to those reviews for customers having had a poor experience.
