I am utterly disappointed with my experience with RTG. After placing an order for a bed, I was left waiting indefinitely as it never arrived. To add insult to injury, the mattress that was part of the same order did arrive, albeit over three months late. It sits idly, rendered useless without its counterpart.
Additionally, their communication was very poor. When the items were late, I had to chase the. They did not proactively contact me. Not once did I receive an apology
The lack of coordination and respect for the customer is appalling. Not only did RTG fail to fulfil my order, but they also left me with half a product that served no purpose on its own. The situation was made worse by the fact that RTG is reportedly nearing liquidation, which was stressful as it raised concerns about the possibility of receiving any form of compensation. RTG did agree to refund me the full amount, but then did not honour the refund and I therefore had to go through my credit card company.
I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of RTG and seek products and services from more reliable companies. It’s not worth the risk, especially when the company is potentially on the brink of liquidation and your hard-earned money could be lost.
