I would happily recommend RTG! Helpful customer service, great product, and very very helpful delivery driver who gave me tips on assembly when told that we were building the bunk bed ourselves. On that note, the only downside to the whole experience was the difficulty in following some of the instructions to build because of lack of detail or clarity. Otherwise all good!!
