The bed is indeed lovely. It does take a long time to put together - it took my husband and me almost 2 days. It has only one flaw which is the bottom drawer sits very close to the bottom stair and one of these is out my a mm or so, which means to open the drawer it needs to be pulled slightly to the left. The only issue I had was with delivery. I explained several times that I needed to plan the delivery well in advance as I work full time. Weekend deliveries were not available. To cut a long story short, delivery was attempted when I wasn't expecting it, and Room to Grow put me in touch with the supplier to better discuss delivery options, who in turn told me to speak to the courier - so 3 parties were involved just adding to the problem. Eventually my neighbour helpfully agreed to be around to accept delivery.
